• Donation: if you choose to donate, payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider — we receive the amount and frequency of your contribution, not your full card details.

We do not run advertising trackers or behavioral analytics on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) are generated automatically by our hosting provider as part of normal operation.

How we use information

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To send updates to newsletter subscribers, if you opt in.
• To process and acknowledge donations.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the website.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website:

• Resend — delivers contact-form and newsletter-sign-up emails.
• Stripe — processes donations. Stripe handles your payment details directly; we do not store card numbers.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Google Maps — embedded maps on our Our Work page are provided by Google and subject to Google's own privacy practices.

Data retention

We keep contact-form and newsletter information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain your subscription, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

International processing

SAquaSolve operates in Rwanda and works with service providers located in other countries (including the United States). By using this website, you understand that information may be processed outside Rwanda by the providers listed above.
